Refund & Cancellation Policy

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
A proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Used items or products showing signs of use.
Damaged goods (unless defective or damaged during shipping).
Opened software or memory cards for reasons of hygiene and safety.
Personalized or custom-made items.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item:

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if there was an error with your order. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to the processing and shipping of your order.
